We provide mapping solutions incorporation with Altamira Information, founded in 1999, using satellite images with ground movement measurements in millimetric precision.
It is possible to identify and measure terrain and infrastructure motion over time by using Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR), which is able to compare phase values of radar images from a range of satellites. Software developed in-house allows us to produce high-precision ground deformation maps and ground motion time series for selected points.
Observation on mining sites, dams, airports, seaports, retaining walls, roads and railways, infrastructure projects, petroleum and natural gas storage facilities and pipelines became possible by using both archive and current data since 1992.
